The upcoming B-Class destroyer from BMW, also known as the first front-wheel drive car from Bavarians, has already entered the camera lenses in the form of Gran Turismo. Today, our photographers-shpions were able to track the modification of ActiveHybrid Tourer.
Although BMW will still not make up its plans for the production of a line of cars with the front-wheel drive, it is assumed that it will include a new generation of 1-Series and 2-Series.
In the case of 1-Series GT ActiveHybrid Tourer, the car will be equipped with a hybrid transmission that drives only the front wheels.
The total output power of the hybrid power plant will be 190 horsepower. Its basis will be a new 1.5-liter turbocharged three-cylinder gasoline engine, which will be supplemented by an electric motor. As a result, the car will be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 8 seconds and develop a maximum speed of 200 km/h at an average fuel consumption per 100 km per 2.5 liters. At the same time, ActiveHybrid Tourer will be able to move exclusively on an electric protrusion at a speed of 18 km/h.
The official debut of the car should take place at the end of 2013. And, operational leasing, from Lenzgroup, will help you purchase this car, even if you have an insufficient amount of money!
