The core of the build is lengthening the frame and installing an additional, third, driven axle with its own differential and drivetrain. This requires recalculating suspension geometry, reworking the driveshafts, brake system, and steering to match the new wheelbase. The body is extended to match the new wheel formula, and the rear section is rebuilt to accommodate the extra wheels, often alongside a spare wheel and technical storage compartments.
A separate stage involves selecting and fitting large-profile tires that match both the off-road character of the vehicle and the load capacity of a triple axle. Suspension is tuned so the vehicle feels equally confident on paved roads and rough terrain, despite the added mass and length.
Body and Interior Work
Once the chassis layout changes, the body receives widened arches, reinforced side steps, and underbody protection. Many builds are finished with signature bumpers, carbon fiber accents, and LED lighting that reinforce the vehicle’s status. Inside, a full trim upgrade is usually carried out — leather, Alcantara, custom stitching — along with adapting the electronics to the new axle configuration and sensor layout.
