Honda Accord will no longer be in Europe
Fans of Japanese cars, in particular, the Honda Accord models will be very disappointed in the near future, because officially the new Japanese model will not be bought in Europe. This is due to the fact that the Japanese brand officially stated that the Accord model will no longer be sold in the Old World countries.
The representative of the Japanese car manufacturer in the UK Leon Brennan made a statement stating that due to a significant decrease in sales of the Honda Accord model, this car will no longer be sold in Europe.
As shown last year, sales of this model in Europe fell by almost 20% (this is compared to 2013). In total, 453 cars were sold for 2014. In fact, Honda loses to all powerful automobile brands: Ford Mondeo, Volkswagen Passat, Mercedes-Benz and BMW.
If we talk about the Russian automobile market, then there are no problems here. At one of the latest automobile exhibitions that took place in the Russian Federation, the Japanese concern presented a modified Honda Accord model. The most significant changes have undergone car design. In addition, the new diesel engine has become a novelty, the volume of which is 2.4 liters.
